Here are some questions we get asked a lot, all put in one place to make your shopping and browsing experience easier!

How Do I Place An Order?​​

Click on the 'Shop' tab on the menu at the top of the page. All products are listed with pictures and price. You may order a product by clicking on the picture of the item you want to purchase. A new window will open where you can adjust quantities and then click 'add to cart'. Your selection will now be reflected in your cart, which can be accessed by clicking on the 'Cart:' link at the top right from any page.

Payment & Shipping

We currently accept payapl for all payments on items in the Shop. Shipping is an additional fee of (insert cost here). Orders may not exceed (insert # here) of products. You may place as many orders as inventory allows.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Candy Apple's will never share your paypal email or contact email or orther contact information with any third parties. Nor will we use any of that information to solicit you for additional sales unless you specifically request to be notified of upcoming products, sales or special offers. Candy Apple's will never ask you for personal information like social security or credit card numbers by email or over the phone.

 

Additionally, If you ever receive any emails from us requesting such information or containing links to websites requesting such information, discard them as they are not, in any way, associated with Candy Apple's BBQ.

Returns & Refunds​

All sales are final.  Because our products are considered food items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for shipped items. If there is an issue with your shipment upon receipt, please contact us for further assistance regarding your order. Be sure to include the nature of your problem in the subject line of your email.
